Quality Control Process

Super Clone Watch QC Before Shipment

Before a watch is packed for delivery, we prepare a structured QC review so you can check the actual piece assigned to your order. The process covers visual details, basic function checks, Timegrapher readings where applicable, and final package confirmation.

You review the QC media before dispatch. If a visible issue needs attention, we discuss it before the watch leaves our team.

Our Standard

A Practical QC Protocol, Not a Generic Promise

QC is meant to make the order transparent. Instead of sending a watch without context, we document the piece being prepared, confirm important visible details, and give you a chance to review the condition before shipment.

Different models and movements can require different checks. For this reason, we avoid one-size-fits-all claims and focus on evidence: clear photos, useful video, readable timing results, and package confirmation.

  • Dial, hands, markers, bezel, case, clasp, and bracelet are visually reviewed.
  • Basic crown, setting, winding, date, and chronograph functions are checked where relevant.
  • Timegrapher data is shared for mechanical references when the test is applicable.
  • Final packing is confirmed after the QC review is approved.

Step by Step

How the QC Process Works

Order confirmation before QC scheduling
01

Order Confirmed

After payment is confirmed, your order is assigned for preparation and inspection. The team checks the selected model, version, and any request notes before QC media is created.

Photos, Video, and Timing Review

We prepare visual media and, for mechanical watches, Timegrapher readings such as daily rate, amplitude, and beat error. These results help you understand the watch before dispatch.

Customer Approval and Packing

Once you approve the QC media, the watch is packed with the confirmed accessories. The outer package is prepared for safer international delivery and tracking is shared after dispatch.

Timegrapher Guide

What the Timing Numbers Mean

A Timegrapher does not guarantee how a watch will perform in every real-life wearing condition, but it gives useful mechanical information before shipment. We use it as one part of the QC process, together with visual and functional review.

Daily Rate

Shows whether the movement is running fast or slow during the test position. We share the reading so you can see the tested result.

Amplitude

Helps indicate movement energy and stability. The expected range depends on calibre, state of wind, and test position.

Beat Error

Shows timing balance between the two sides of the escapement. Lower readings are generally preferred, but context matters.

Real Wearing

Daily use can vary with wrist activity, temperature, winding habits, and resting position. QC readings are a reference, not a lifetime promise.

Visual and Package Review

Details Checked Before the Watch Leaves

Beyond timing, the QC album is used to inspect the watch as a complete order. We look at finishing, alignment, bracelet fit, visible marks, and the presentation package that will be included for the selected order.

If a full-set package is included, we also confirm the box, card-style accessories, booklet, tag, and protective packing where available. This avoids surprises after delivery.

FAQ

Quality Control Questions

Will I receive QC photos and video?

Yes. We prepare QC media for the watch assigned to your order so you can review the visible condition before shipment.

Can I ask questions before approving shipment?

Yes. If you notice something unclear, ask before approval. We can explain the detail, take another look, or discuss the next step.

How long does QC normally take?

Timing depends on the model, order queue, and whether extra checks are needed. Most orders are prepared within a short working window, and we update you if review takes longer.

Are Timegrapher readings always included?

They are included where the watch and movement type make the test applicable. Quartz models and certain special cases may be handled differently.

Do you test water resistance?

Water-resistance expectations vary by model and build. We do not recommend using a super clone watch for swimming or diving unless a specific pressure test has been arranged and confirmed.

What does after-sales support cover?

Support is reviewed case by case. Movement-related issues, shipping damage, or preparation errors require photos or video so the team can assess the proper solution.

Before Shipment

Review the Watch Before It Is Sent

Our QC process is designed to reduce uncertainty: you see the watch, review the timing information where applicable, confirm the package, and approve shipment before dispatch.
