The strap gives the dark shell a distinct lower edge. Even when the dial's fine detail is hard to read at a distance, the tonneau shape stays clear above the pale band. This is the most sharply separated look among the dark-case RM 55 variants. White also keeps the watch comfortable visually beside pale shirts, while the blue-band option coordinates more closely with the dial edge.
The RM 55 black strap is better for an uninterrupted dark silhouette. White belongs with lighter clothes and a buyer who wants the case clearly separated from the wrist, rather than absorbed into a black band.
The RMUL2-style manual-winding configuration remains the same broad mechanical proposition as the other carbon-look RM 55 variants. Here the strap changes how quickly the watch is noticed, not the appeal of its exposed dial.
Before dispatch, our QC team reviews white strap surface, its case attachment and the open dial's alignment.
