Crypto and Wire Transfer Payment Guidance
Payment information is confirmed for the active order after the watch, final amount, destination, and order record are clear.
Transfer details are not reusable account details.
A crypto address, transfer amount, beneficiary, or payment reference should be treated as information for one active order. The safest sequence is simple: confirm the watch and final amount, receive the current instruction from official support, verify it, send the transfer, then provide the proof needed to match it.
Check the instruction against the active order.
Check the order total
Confirm the final amount and currency before opening a banking app or wallet. If an order detail changed, ask for the updated instruction rather than adjusting the figure yourself.
Check the route
For crypto, confirm the asset and network. For wire transfer, confirm the beneficiary details and any reference that support asks you to include.
Do not reuse saved details
An address, recipient, or screenshot from another order can be outdated or belong to a different payment route. Request the current instruction every time.
Send matching proof
Share the transaction hash, receipt, or requested reference after sending funds. The proof should show the same amount and route that were confirmed for the order.
Pause if anything changes
If the recipient, amount, wallet, bank details, or contact account differs from the active conversation, stop and verify through the official website contact path.
Network accuracy matters as much as the amount.
Crypto transfers are generally irreversible once broadcast. Before sending, compare the asset, destination address, network, and amount with the instruction supplied for the current order. Do not select a different network because it appears cheaper or faster without confirmation.
Wallet address
Copy the current address from the official order instruction and verify the visible characters before sending. Do not rely on an older saved address.
Network
The selected network must match the instruction. A correct address on the wrong network can create a problem that support may be unable to reverse.
Proof and confirmation
Send the transaction hash and any requested screenshot after the transfer. Network confirmation timing varies, so proof helps support identify the payment while confirmations progress.
Use the beneficiary details supplied for this order only.
Bank transfers can involve sender-bank review, intermediary banks, beneficiary-bank processing, and reference matching. The transfer may not appear at the same moment it leaves your account. Keep the transfer receipt and include the correct reference if one was provided.
Beneficiary and reference
Enter the recipient information exactly as provided for the current order. Ask before shortening, translating, or replacing any requested reference.
Payer name
Use an account in your own name where possible. A third-party payment can require extra checks before it can be matched to an order.
Receipt
Send the bank receipt or transfer reference after payment. It should identify the amount, date, and sender account or name where available.
The correct time to question payment details is before the transfer is sent.
If an instruction looks different from the active conversation, treat that as a reason to pause. Payment routes can change, and a transfer sent to an old or unrelated route may not be recoverable.
Use this payment checklist.
- The watch, final amount, and destination are confirmed.
- The payment instruction was supplied for the current order.
- The crypto asset and network, or the wire beneficiary and reference, match the instruction.
- You have kept the proof required for payment matching.
- You stopped to verify any unexpected change before sending funds.
