Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how orders, payments, shipping, customs support, returns, warranty service, and website use are handled. By placing an order or requesting service, you confirm that you understand and accept the conditions below.

I. Ordering and Payment Protocol

Customers should confirm the model, configuration, price, shipping country, and payment method before sending funds. High-value orders require clear communication because product availability, factory batch, and route conditions change.

Eligibility and Order Confirmation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • Product availability is confirmed before payment for every order that is not marked ready-to-ship.
  • High-demand models require availability review and preparation time.
  • Special requests must be confirmed before dispatch.

Payment and Verification

  • Available payment routes include cryptocurrency, bank wire, or another method confirmed for the order.
  • We request additional verification for large or unusual orders when fraud risk is present.
  • Orders are prepared after payment is matched with the order record.
  • Do not reuse old payment details without confirmation.

Cancellation: an order is cancellable before final QC approval or dispatch preparation. Once QC is approved, special configuration begins, or the parcel is handed to a carrier, cancellation is no longer available.

II. Logistics, Customs and Transit Responsibility

International shipment involves carrier routes, customs review, local delivery rules, holidays, and destination-country conditions. We select practical routes and provide support when a confirmed logistics issue occurs.

III. Returns, Replacements and Warranty

Returns, refunds, replacement, exchange, and warranty support are handled according to the order record, evidence, product condition, timing, and whether the issue is covered under our after-sales policy.

DOA and Wrong Item Cases

If a watch arrives clearly defective, damaged, or different from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days with photos, video, packaging evidence, and order details for replacement or correction review.

Movement Warranty

Internal movement issues under normal wear are reviewed for repair, parts, or movement-service support within one year. Water damage, impact, misuse, or unauthorized repair is excluded.

Non-Defective Returns

Changed-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and require unused condition, complete packaging, protective films where applicable, and inspection approval.

Refund timing: approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment route after inspection approval through the practical original route. Bank, blockchain, or processor timing affects when funds appear.

IV. Product Representation and Use

Product descriptions, photos, QC media, and specifications are provided to help customers make informed decisions. Small batch differences, minor visual variation, and model-specific construction limits exist in this product category.

Product Accuracy

We match the intended visual style and configuration as closely as the selected model and batch allow. Minor production differences are not automatically treated as defects.

Customer Review Before Dispatch

Customers must confirm important details before shipment, including size, dial, bracelet, movement preference, packaging, and delivery information.

V. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the product or order involved. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, product purchase, shipment delay, or third-party service issues.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, customs changes, carrier strikes, war, government action, or events beyond reasonable control.

Website Information

We work to keep product and policy information accurate, but availability, pricing, routes, and details change. Confirm final details before payment.

Privacy and Security

Customer data is handled according to our privacy policy and used for practical order, payment, logistics, and support purposes.
