IWC Ingenieur Automatic 40 IW328908 is defined by its aqua-green grid dial. The color has more depth than a flat green surface because the stamped horizontal and vertical pattern breaks it into small planes. That texture is held inside the five-screw polygonal bezel, where brushed steel, polished edges and exposed screw positions make the case architecture as important as the dial itself.
The final product record lists a 40mm case, 11mm thickness and 45.5mm lug-to-lug measurement. With an integrated H-link bracelet, those proportions create a low, continuous silhouette rather than the visual break of a leather strap.
