The tropical rubber strap follows the rounded case and wears differently from an integrated steel bracelet. It keeps the Aquanaut casual, while the fold-over clasp maintains a tidy closure.

Black on black can become shapeless unless the surfaces do different work. Here the raised dial pattern supplies relief, the steel case catches light along its edges, and the rubber strap keeps the watch visually light. A blue or red strap gives the 5167 a stronger identity from a distance; this one rewards a closer look at the texture. It is also the more flexible pairing with dark casual clothes because no strap color has to be coordinated. The fold-over clasp closes the rubber cleanly while preserving the rounded Aquanaut line. The raised pattern remains visible even when the dial and strap share a dark tone. It is a quiet difference from the colored-strap versions.
