The blue perimeter gives the RM 35-02's dark open display a clear outer edge, then the vented band repeats the color below the case. Because both areas participate, the watch reads as one considered blue configuration rather than a simple strap swap.

ZF's modified automatic platform sits behind RMAL1-style skeleton bridgework. The layered dark case and visible bezel screws give that display a structured frame, while the blue band makes the watch feel more sporting than the black-strap sibling.

The automatic construction changes the daily interaction compared with a manual RM 35-01. It also sits beneath a display that is deliberately open, so the practical movement choice does not make the watch look closed or ordinary. Blue at the edge helps define the layers without covering them, keeping the watch sporty while the dark case remains the visual frame.

Choose the RM 35-02 black strap when the carbon pattern should command attention with little competing color. This blue version is more useful when a casual outfit can take a cool accent at the wrist.
