Applied markers around a calendar
The hour indices give this white dial its structure. They sit around the calendar indications and keep the face anchored even when several pieces of information compete for space. A polished rose-gold-PVD bezel supplies warmth at the edge; the center remains pale and relatively easy to read. That combination makes the watch formal without depending on a dark dial for contrast.
A rose-gold-PVD finish over 316L steel warms the case. The leather strap uses a traditional pin buckle. That simple closure changes the experience from the deployant-equipped B344: it is a conventional dress-watch fastening and keeps the strap hardware visually quiet. The applied indices are the more conspicuous design decision on the front.
This is a sensible choice for someone drawn to a warm case but not to an all-gold-looking dial. The white field keeps the calendar information within a familiar dress-watch palette. It also means alignment matters: a misplaced index or uneven window would be more obvious against such a pale, orderly surface. The comparison with the B344 is chiefly about the dial's framing and the closure, rather than a claim that one reference performs better.
